Offer to acquire own shares

Western Bulk Chartering AS (“Western Bulk” or the “Company”) hereby invites shareholders to tender shares for sale to the Company at a fixed price of NOK 20 per share. The purpose of the acquisition is to use the shares in connection with the Company’s employee share scheme. 

The offer is made pursuant to the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting held on 10 April 2026, under which the Board was authorised to acquire own shares with an aggregate nominal value of up to NOK 168,098 at a price per share of between NOK 1 and NOK 200. 

Shareholders wishing to tender shares are requested to indicate their interest, including the number of shares they wish to sell, no later than 17:00 CET on 22 May 2026. Indications of interest should be submitted to the Company by contacting the CFO, Kenneth Thu at ir@westernbulk.com. 

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any indication of interest received.
